Shipping Policy

I always try to send your order out as soon as possible. Standard delivery time is 4 weeks for orders within the Netherlands, 4-5 weeks within Europe and 5-6 weeks for international orders. If you need your order earlier (for a special occassion), send me a message before ordering so I can tell you if I'll be able to make it in time!

Shipping happens from the Netherlands with non insured, priority mail. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €3,90 for a mailbox package with track and trace. Outside the Netherlands, shipping a mailbox package with track and trace costs €13. You can also choose to ship out your portrait with standard letter mail (without track and trace) for €4,35.  If you want to insure your parcel, within or outside the Netherlands, additional fees are charged to you.

Shipping is at your own risk. Portraits and cards are shipped in sturdy boxes or envelopes with an additional warning for the postoffice to handle the parcel with care.

After ordering, I'll send you an email with payment details for a bank transfer.

Since all orders are customized for you, you can't return the portraits or cards and there are no refunds. If you feel in any way dissatisfied with the endresult or process, please let me know. I will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with my work!
